  • Ensure the smooth operation of the complex Miele eCom system landscape across various platforms by continuously analyzing and quickly resolving application malfunctions
  • Optimize and operate an end-to-end monitoring to proactively avoid incidents with tools like Dynatrace and Kibana
  • Create change requests to avoid recurring incidents and problems as well as develop scripts for the automatic resolution of incidents
  • Communicate and interact with Miele’s subsidiaries, development teams and other stakeholders nationally and internationally
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the support of eCommerce IT systems as well as in IT service management
  • Successfully completed IT training, studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and integrations with SAP CRM / ECC / S/4 backend systems, payment and tax systems
  • Confident working with application monitoring tools (including Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana, Elastic) and comfortable with the interpretation of data
  • Distinct understanding of business processes, as well as the willingness to independently take on responsibility and communication skills in written and spoken English are required, additional language skills in German are nice to have
as soon as possible
